Grant Evaluation Report
This evaluation report takes an in-depth look at your project’s accomplishments, helping the foundation learn more about the impact of the grant. The foundation’s qualified staff and Grants Committee reviews past grant reports for key findings, using the information to guide future grant decisions and publications. This evaluation summarizes your project promptly following the end of the period during which you are to use all grant funds and to submit any interim reports the Foundation may require. Your reports should describe your progress in achieving the purposes of the grant and include a detailed accounting of the use and expenditure of grant funds. Your organization’s grant application(s) are available in our online portal www.goldenbeltcf.org/grants to assist with completing this report.
